The Viewguard RR90 Aluminium extruded rolling shutter is a robust access door, for building perimeter security or storage application. it is typically used in warehouses, factories, distribution and transport facilities,stadiums,garages,plant rooms, remote buildings,hospital,council facilities, sports grounds and for security applications.

RR90 aluminium extruded Single wall slats can be supplied plain /punched. In the punched portion we can insert polycarbonate slitted sheet to prevent the dust coming from outside and can be supplied without inserted polycarbonate sheet for air ventilation. Slats slide into one another accross the full length and nylon end clips fitted with rivets.

Features:

Curtain-RR90 Aluminium extruded slats.
Bottom plate-Aluminum extruded double wall with rubber gasket.
Bracket plate-M.S sheet thickness and size from 3mm to 10mm of bracket plate depends upon the height/weight of rolling shutter.
Roller drum-Fabricated from mild steel tube with the outer diameter and thickness appropriate to the size and application of the rolling shutter.
Hoods/Fascias-Are available as optional extras to suit the application. Hoods are manufactured in house at Viewguard security from 0.9mm galvanized steel sheet
Finishes-Galvanized sheet items are left their raw form. Powder Coating is an optional extra.
Operation-Either chain operated or electrically operated. Locking is not recommended for electrically operated steel rolling shutter.
